The original massage technique, first used in Sweden, involves a sequence of movements working superficially and smoothly with the palms and then deeper kneeding  into the tissues.

The result is relaxation and relieving of tension promoting the loosening of Knotted muscles and mobility of joints to enable pain reduction.
