We are the longest-standing private physiotherapy clinic in Cheltenham.

Established over 45 years ago, we are very proud of our position as the longest-standing private physiotherapy clinic in Cheltenham. We offer a full range of skilled treatments in a relaxed and professional setting and have helped thousands of people overcome their pain, discomfort or disability and regain their active lifestyle. Our clinic is staffed by a highly professional team of Chartered, HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) Registered physiotherapists. Do you have any Questions?

Below we’ve listed some common questions, though do get in touch if we haven’t answered your question below.

Do I need a referral?

If you are self funding no referral is necessary However, some insurance policies do require a referral.

How long is an appointment?

Typically an assessment and treatment in the clinic will take up to 45 minutes. For a home visit up to 1 hour. Follow up appointments are usually 30 minutes.

What should I bring?

Just come as you are, or if you prefer to change wear some comfortable clothes which you can easily move in. Shorts are recommended for lower body conditions, but not essential. But please bear in mind the physiotherapist will need to see the injured site.

How many treatments will i need?

At your first appointment your therapist will discuss your treatment and devise a personal treatment plan, this will be reviewed at each treatment session.

Do you do home visits?

Yes, we can arrange domiciliary visits when necessary if a patient cannot attend the clinic. This might be at home or in a nursing home.

When are you open?

Monday: 8.30 – 7pm
Tuesday: 8.30 – 5pm
Wednesday: 8.30 – 5pm
Thursday: 8.30 – 7pm
Friday: 8.30 – 5pm
Saturdays: 9 – 12pm (by prior appointment only)
Sunday: Closed

Do you provide massage?

Our qualified massage therapists practise a wide range of sports and holistic massage techniques.

Do you have disabled access and parking?

We have our own parking and disabled access.

Will my medical insurance cover the cost?

Our friendly reception staff will be happy to advise you, or contact your own medical insurance group directly. Please be aware medical insurance excess payments will be payable to the clinic.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

Home Visits

When a patient is unable to attend the clinic because of disability or transport issues, visits can be arranged by our specialist community team.
