Dale Turner
Director and Specialist Physiotherapist

Dale is an experienced senior MSK physiotherapist and lecturer at the University of Worcester. Over the years he has gained experience across MSK clinics, occupational health programmes and elite sports such as the Commonwealth games and motor racing.

At the clinic he works to treat sports injuries, joint pain, children/young persons’ physiotherapy, post surgery rehabilitation and neuropathic pain such as sciatica.
He is able to implement various treatments including shockwave therapy, acupuncture, and strength & conditioning in rehabilitation.
Jeremy Gowan
Jeremy is an experienced MSK physiotherapist. Qualified for nearly 20 years, he has worked various roles within the NHS, in addition to in private clinics in the UK and overseas. He gains great satisfaction from getting to the root cause of problems and helping patients to maximise their quality of life.

Jeremy has experience treating a large spectrum of patients, from high level athletes to those suffering from different work related injuries.
Over the years he has enjoyed enhancing many skills including acupuncture, Sports Exercise Prescription, clinical Pilates and spinal manual therapy.
Faye Walker
Physiotherapist

Faye brings a dynamic and empathetic approach to her practice, motivating and guiding her patients toward their fitness and recovery goals. With a strong foundation in both NHS and private healthcare settings, Faye’s focus on functional rehabilitation helps individuals return to the activities they love.

Her NHS experience includes core rotations across Stroke Rehabilitation, Respiratory, and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, enabling her to build a well-rounded and adaptable clinical skill set.
Alongside her NHS role, Faye also worked in private practice, providing pitch-side physiotherapy for independent schools and delivering hands-on care in a clinical setting.
Jane Lisk

Qualified since 1985, Jane is an experienced physiotherapist with a history of working with patients in a wide variety of settings. Over the years Jane has developed extensive knowledge of knees and their rehabilitation post-surgery. Prior to joining Cheltenham Physiotherapy Clinic, Jane worked as the extended scope practitioner in the knee clinic at Cheltenham General Hospital.

Here she was involved with diagnosis and triage of all types of knee injuries.
In recent years Jane has developed a further interest in tendon injuries, and has attended courses to learn about the current thinking and management of tendon problems, for example shoulder, Achilles, elbow and patella.
She is also a trained Ossur fitter for ACL and osteoarthritic knee braces.
Hayley Walker
Physiotherapist

Hayley has been a qualified physiotherapist since 1991. She has always had a keen interest in the mechanics of the body, and has worked in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management and hydrotherapy from the outset. She is always keen to help her patients get to the root cause of their problem, and therefore help to prevent future injuries.

In recent years Hayley has also studied running gait analysis, so if you are an athlete struggling with injury, or just hoping to improve your personal goals, she can help and advise.
She is also trained in acupuncture, myofascial release, and is a qualified yoga teacher.
Elan Vallance

Elan is an experienced and dedicated physiotherapist with a strong background in both NHS and private practice settings. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she has developed a particular expertise in treating musculoskeletal injuries and managing vestibular conditions.

Elan takes pride in providing personalised care and is passionate about helping patients return to their pre-injury level of function. Whether working with athletes, office workers, or older adults, she believes in a holistic approach—combining thorough assessment with evidence-based treatment to support recovery, build resilience, and prevent future injury.
Elan also specialises in assessing and providing treatment and rehabilitation to patients with vestibular complaints.
Louisa Strong

Since graduating in 1992, Louisa has worked within the NHS and private practice specialising in Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy. She has a broad range of experience treating conditions including sports injuries, RSI, spinal pain and general rehabilitation following injury, operation or illness.

She also particularly interested in the treatment of back, rib, pelvic and sacro-illiac dysfunction. She has completed POGP training for treating ante and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions and pain.
Louisa is skilled in the application of a variety of manual therapy & soft tissue/myofacial release techniques, clinical Pilates/Swiss ball exercises combined with clear advice and individual exercise plans. She is also a qualified acupuncturist.
Brigitte Bellwood

Brigitte is passionate about delivering patient-centred physiotherapy care. She achieved her MSc (Pre-registration) Physiotherapy with distinction, building on a solid foundation in musculoskeletal health from her career as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist.

Her specialist qualifications in pre- and post-natal fitness, along with experience providing pitch-side support for Wycombe Wanderers Women’s Football Team, reflect her dedication to promoting women’s health and well-being.
Her academic interests focus on pelvic health, with research exploring pelvic floor muscle training and digital technology. Brigitte is continuing her professional development through the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) network.
Finley Dagnal
Physiotherapist

Fin is a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist with a passion for sports rehabilitation and helping people achieve their physical goals. He is available at the clinic for sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neuropathic pain and musculoskeletal assessments to improve everyday function, address strength deficits and reduce the risk of future injury.

Fin is trained in shockwave therapy and sports massage therapy. He has gained experience working in high-performance sporting environments, including with Olympic-level athletes and Lincoln City Football Club.
